Black MID149

An attractive black feathered, with a touch of silver, layer producing about 300 brown shell eggs. It is suitable for free range and small scale production.
It is the result of crossing Sussex paternal stock with Barred Plymouth Rock maternal stock.

Dayold chicks are colour sexed. Dayold cockeral chicks are barred with white spot on the head and dayold hen chicks dark without a spot on the head.
